Job summary

Mulberry Talent Partners partners with a locally owned property management company in the Pacific NW to identify a Regional Human Resources Director overseeing Washington and Oregon. This leadership role shapes HR strategy across multiple locations and 400 employees, balancing culture with scalable processes.

You will partner with executives to standardize policies, lead HR development, manage risk, and ensure compliant benefits and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience across multiple locations.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
• Strong executive presence with effective communication and relationship-building.
• Knowledge of WA and OR employment law and complex employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR leaders across Washington and Oregon offices to drive alignment.
• Standardize policies, processes, metrics, and reporting for regional operations.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters including investigations and terminations.
• Develop workforce planning and organizational design aligned with growth.
• Identify capability gaps and implement succession planning.
• Develop and implement a company-wide compensation philosophy and pay bands.
• Oversee performance management and leadership development.
• Oversee recruiting strategy and workforce forecasting.
• Build manager capability and internal career pathways.
• Mentor HR and recruiting leaders across locations.
• Ensure compliant benefits administration, HRIS reporting, and audit readiness.
