The role requires strong HRIS experience (ADP Workforce Now or Oracle), labor law knowledge, and the ability to analyze workforce data to drive decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, including business partnering in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
• Advanced knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and compliance.
