Job summary

BD is seeking a senior HR leader to drive people strategy across PI ISC and Quality, aligning talent, culture, and organizational priorities with business aims. This role serves as the primary HR leader for the PI manufacturing network and partners with regional leaders for direction and capability building.

The Associate Director acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and governance to ensure enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to PI ISC and Quality leadership teams on organizational effectiveness and leadership development.
• Lead talent strategy, succession planning, and talent reviews for critical leadership roles.
• Collaborate with COEs and regional HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions and workforce analytics.
