Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS (UKG experience preferred) and MS Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to orchestrate multiple deliverables and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU senior leadership to anticipate HR needs and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Director on hiring strategies and onboarding.
• Act as trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; maintain HR policies.
• Develop training programs and leadership development.
• Oversee benefits and compensation; analyze local labor markets.
• Leverage HR data to report on trends and program effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop business unit teams; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
