• 5+ years HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
• SHRM certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU leadership to anticipate HR needs and workforce planning.
• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding with focus on critical roles; forecast turnover.
• Advise employees and managers on HR-related issues and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and develop HR policies for a fair workplace.
• Develop training programs and nurture leadership talent; drive development opportunities.
• Manage benefits programs and compensation structures; analyze local market standards.
• Use HR data to inform decisions and report trends to leadership.
• Mentor and develop the BU team to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
