Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a growing industrial manufacturing organization undergoing expansion and transformation.

The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support across workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience including as an HRBP/HR Generalist/HR Manager.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders, aligning HR strategies with operational objectives.
• Provide guidance on employee concerns, investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy application.
• Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition to assess staffing, structures, succession, and capabilities.
• Coach managers on performance, development, corrective action, and accountability.
• Support organizational changes, workforce expansion, leadership transitions, and effectiveness initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees, retain talent, and support development and succession planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, culture, communication, and retention.
• Analyze workforce trends, turnover, absenteeism, and HR metrics to drive improvements.
• Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws, policies, and bargaining agreements.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to deliver consistent HR support.
