Daimler Truck North America seeks a Human Resources Business Partner Manager to act as a strategic advisor to leaders and to lead HR and Employee Relations professionals. You will develop people strategies to improve performance, engagement, and transformation, partnering with leaders and Centers of Excellence to align with business objectives.

The role requires strong business acumen, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence through change in a global, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 8+ years of strategic HR leadership experience in a complex org.
• Experience leading HR or Employee Relations professionals.
• Experience managing complex personnel matters.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical people strategy.
• Global, matrixed org exposure in org design, workforce planning, talent, change, ER.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and mentor the HR and Employee Relations team with clear priorities and development plans.
• Provide guidance and escalation for complex investigations and workplace concerns.
• Build a collaborative, customer-focused culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary strategic HR advisor to senior leaders and translate priorities into people strategies.
• Influence across a global matrix organization, balancing standards with regional needs.
• Coach leaders on engagement, performance, and talent decisions; drive organizational health.
