Job summary

International SOS is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic and operational partner for leaders and employees. The role covers employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent management, and HR program implementation across client groups.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
• Experience with employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Experience coaching managers and leaders; performance management expertise.
• Experience interpreting policies and ensuring compliant employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations matters within assigned client groups.
• Manage employee relations concerns from intake through resolution.
• Conduct workplace investigations and prepare findings and recommendations.
• Partner with leaders regarding conduct, attendance, behaviour, and workplace concerns.
• Support disciplinary action processes and termination recommendations.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices.
• Identify and mitigate employee relations risks.
