Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to provide consultative partnership to leaders and employees within a specific function or learning center, developing and executing HR strategies for talent acquisition and retention in coordination with HR Centers of Excellence.

You will coach leaders on interviewing, onboarding and performance management while ensuring confidentiality and policy compliance in a high-performing culture aligned with FlightPlan values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• PHR/SPHR accreditation or similar HR qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative HR support to leaders and employees daily.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and company values (Flight Plan).
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
• Assist in delivering programs to strengthen performance culture.
