Job summary

FlightSafety International, the world’s premier aviation training company, seeks an HR Business Partner to provide consultative business partnership to leaders and employees within a specific function or learning center.

You will coach leaders on interviewing, onboarding, performance management, and compliance, working with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure enterprise alignment and local requirements while mitigating risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SPHR accreditation preferred.
• 4+ years HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultative HR business support to leaders and employees daily.
• Ensures consistent application of policies and procedures (Flight Plan) with Centers of Excellence.
• Supports recruitment, onboarding and employee development; coaches on performance feedback.
• Investigates employee relations issues and supports organizational culture initiatives.
• Facilitates talent reviews, succession planning and onboarding for new associates.
• Partners with Recruiting to attract top talent and align onboarding with needs.
