Job summary

International SOS is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in San Antonio, TX. The HRBP will serve as a strategic and operational partner to leaders and employees, delivering guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent management, and HR program implementation.

You will work closely with the HR Director and Centers of Excellence to drive enterprise HR initiatives that support business performance, while ensuring compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience.
• English fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, especially SuccessFactors.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgement.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for employee relations within assigned client groups.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide findings.
• Coach managers on leadership, feedback, and performance.
• Lead performance management activities and development planning.
• Support talent assessment, succession planning, and internal mobility.
• Analyse workforce metrics to identify trends and improvements.
