Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 7+ years HR experience in a large, matrixed/global organization, preferably HR client-facing.
• Digitally savvy with experience driving innovative HR solutions and continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of developing and executing HR/people strategies with measurable results.
• Trusted advisor and coach to business leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience using HR analytics and organizational data for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Commercial workforce plan and participate on the US BBU HR Leadership Team.
• Develop and execute an integrated people strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Provide strategic counsel, challenge, and executive coaching to senior leaders.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver talent management, rewards, performance, and leadership development solutions.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development for future needs.
• Identify capability gaps and design organizational, talent and culture interventions.
• Shape organizational design and operating models to support transformation and growth.
• Lead large-scale change initiatives with stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Use people analytics and external trends to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Apply financial acumen including budgeting and FTE management to support the people agenda.
• Drive innovation with digital technologies, AI, automation to improve processes and experiences.
