Capital One is seeking a Director, HRBP to shape the people strategy across the enterprise. You will partner with senior leaders, deliver executive coaching, and drive organizational transformation in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Lead talent strategy, workforce planning, data-driven insights, and core HR processes across client areas, while building strong HR partnerships and guiding teams toward inclusive, high-performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 7 years of client-facing experience or consulting experience or a combination.
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted strategic advisor to senior executives and translate business strategies into talent actions.
• Provide executive coaching on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational design.
• Lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives with analytics, recruiting, compensation, associate relations, and L&D.
• Define and execute a comprehensive talent strategy and workforce planning including succession.
• Measure HR effectiveness using data and risk management to inform decisions.
• Deliver core HR processes across client areas and coach teams for adoption.
