Qualifications

• At least 5 years of client facing or consulting experience, or a combination.
• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree.
• Professional HR Certification or Senior HR Certification or coaching certification.
• 7+ years of client facing or 7+ years of consulting experience or a combination.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, other HRBPs, and HR partners to execute on people strategy, HR processes, and reporting.
• Partner with clients to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and align HR solutions with business needs.
• Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners on HR-related issues.
• Coach people managers on leadership, org design, and performance concerns.
• Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning aligned with business needs.
• Support planning and delivery of core HR processes, including performance and talent management and change management.
• Support senior leaders in building an inclusive culture and a sense of belonging.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

MBA or Master’s degree

Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification

7+ years of client facing experience or 7+ years of consulting experience or a combination

7+ years of experience in Human Resources

5+ years of client facing experience OR at least 5 years of consulting experience OR a combination

At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
