Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner, Lead Associate to support programs within our Space portfolio. This role reports to the Business Unit Senior HR Vice President and partners with leaders to align people strategy with program needs.

The HRBP improves manager and employee performance by identifying problems, evaluating solutions, and coaching managers and employees. It drives retention initiatives and works with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver aligned people

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience conducting complex employee relations investigations.
Ability to safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Government contracting experience desired.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Must be a US citizen.
Preferred: SHRM-CP, PHR certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Active Secret security clearance.
