Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 7+ years.
• Experience with HRIS systems and talent management platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR contact for frontline employees within SMS.
• Partner with leaders on performance management and employee development.
• Support the implementation of segment-level HR strategies and initiatives.
• Coordinate requisition administration and internal job changes.
• Ensure compliance with HR/Comp guidelines and enterprise priorities.
