Peraton's Space Sector HR Team seeks a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to support Homeland/National Security programs with a 500+ employee dispersed workforce. Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of HR experience with at least 10 years as an HRBP.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong communication across all levels; experience presenting to large groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.
• Must reside in the Northern Virginia/Washington, DC area and be onsite 4 days per week.
• Ability to safeguard sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to execute workforce planning, talent management, performance and engagement initiatives.
• Drive HR initiatives across multiple programs and ensure timely delivery.
• Build consultative relationships with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and propose solutions.
• Guide leaders through complex employee relations issues with discretion.
• Serve as an ambassador for Peraton's priorities and sector culture.
