Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; typical experience levels: 9 years with a Bachelor’s, 7 with a Master’s, 5 with a PhD.
• 5+ years of direct HRBP/HR Generalist experience supporting large client groups.
• Experience in leadership/organizational development and HR programs across multiple HR domains.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex organizational change and communication plans.
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and senior-management influencing skills.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and regulations affecting employment matters.
