Job summary

Dagen, a growing LNG company, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its team in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. This role partners with leaders to align people strategies with business goals and supports employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.

You will work hands-on with management to drive performance, succession planning, and change initiatives, using HR data to identify trends and inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years HR experience including HR Business Partner or strategic HR.
• Strong employee relations and management coaching experience.
• Ability to influence leaders and build relationships.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor and business partner to leaders and managers.
• Develop and execute people strategies that support business goals and growth.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Identify workforce trends and recommend solutions to improve engagement and retention.
• Support growth initiatives, restructurings, and other business priorities.
• Partner with recruiting teams on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting and reviews.
• Promote consistency in HR policies and practices.
• Collaborate on compensation, benefits, learning, and other people initiatives.
