Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 7 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving organizational change and employee development.
• Experience with talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals in a manufacturing setting.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes.
• Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding to meet current and future business needs.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs with internal/external partners.
• Implement performance management systems and guide managers on goal setting and reviews.
• Monitor compensation programs and explain benefits to employees.
• Promote a culture of safety, ethics, and compliance with training programs.
