Job summary

VB Spine seeks an accomplished HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, managers, and employees. You will deliver HR partnership across the business, focusing on talent strategy execution, employee engagement, change management, and workforce effectiveness while aligning HR solutions to business objectives.

You will support talent and engagement initiatives, coach on HR issues, and analyze HR data to drive culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with COEs and business leaders.
• Demonstrated HRBP-level expertise and strategic partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to managers and leaders on ER, performance, compensation, talent acquisition, and change management.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support across the employee lifecycle with consistent policy application.
• Execute talent/engagement strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Perform needs analysis on compensation, recruiting, and development; collaborate with COEs.
• Facilitate difficult conversations and resolve escalated HR issues.
• Coach leaders on HR topics and implement HR strategy solutions.
• Interpret HR data and metrics to make data‑driven recommendations.
• Implement programs to boost engagement, retention and high performance.
• Apply change management techniques and enforce policies to mitigate risk.
• Stay current on HR trends to inform decisions and drive results.
