Job summary

Paylocity in Minnesota is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support across employee relations, performance management, talent staffing, and organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, coaching, change initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws while advancing engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, including HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; multi-state experience is a plus; familiarity with Paylocity HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand operational goals and translate them into people strategies.
• Provide coaching to leaders on people leadership and change management.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance issues.
• Support talent staffing, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, change initiatives, and HR policy development and compliance.
