Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience influencing leaders and partnering with business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Exceptional relationship-building, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and drive business performance.
• Serve as trusted advisor and coach to leaders on employee relations, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership.
• Build relationships across all levels, fostering trust, accountability, and engagement.
• Analyze workforce trends and people metrics to identify opportunities and risks, and develop proactive solutions.
• Lead and support workforce planning, restructuring, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, objectivity, and sound judgment.
• Drive performance management processes, employee development, and career growth discussions with leaders.
• Support attraction and selection of top talent by participating in recruiting activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while advising on HR policies and practices.
• Champion employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and retention.
• Identify development needs within client groups and collaborate with leaders to implement growth opportunities.
• Act as a change agent to help leaders navigate transformation and business evolution.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated HR solutions
