Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of HR department including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration within budget.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Partner with leadership to develop talent strategy, succession planning, and employee development.
