Naniq Global Logistics, LLC is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Hawaii-based operations and regional teams. This role partners closely with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational performance in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar role).
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting operations, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments.

Responsabilités

• Partner with operations and functional leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders at all levels.
• Lead and manage employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure fair, compliant HR practices.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety-first workplace culture.
• Support performance management processes, coaching and development planning.
• Partner on talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support policies and practices aligned with a transportation/logistics environment.
• Partner with leadership in union or non-union environments as applicable.
• Analyze HR metrics including turnover, retention, and engagement.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve workforce outcomes.
