You will partner with station leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and manage employee relations, recruiting, and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years as an HR Business Partner with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex employee relations issues.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as HR business partner or equivalent.
  • Experience handling employee relations and investigations.
  • Experience in recruiting and retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Advise station leadership on all HR functions.
  • Direct recruiting and employment activities for timely placements.
  • Build partnerships with operations leaders and manage investigations.
  • Promote HR initiatives and ensure consistent adoption.
  • Coach on performance, harassment, and legal issues.
  • Plan and participate in employee engagement and Crane activities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
