Naniq Global Logistics - Fairbanks is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Hawaii-based operations and regional teams. This role collaborates with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, boost engagement, and drive performance in a dynamic logistics environment.

The ideal candidate balances strategic initiatives with HR execution and has strong experience in employee relations, leadership coaching, and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting operations, logistics, transportation, or industrial environments.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with operations and leaders to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders at all levels.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure fair, compliant HR practices and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support performance management, coaching, and development planning.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
