Naniq Global Logistics is seeking a full-time General Manager to lead a comprehensive operations team on Kauai. The role oversees plane loading/unloading, package sortation, and trucking operations, with responsibility for safety, reliability, and performance metrics.

This senior leadership role reports to the Regional General Manager and requires a dynamic, organized professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Experience running large-scale logistics or airport-related operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of planes, package sortation, and trucking operations.
• Ensure TSA/DOT compliance and safety across all activities.
• Manage staffing with unionized subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and reporting; drive continuous improvement.
