Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX company, is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead employee relations and partner with HRBPs across the business. You will coach managers, resolve complex ER issues, and drive the people plan in a fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities include supporting restructures, absence management, training delivery with L&D, succession planning, and ensuring compliant processes and accurate records. A strong HR background and employment law knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid experience of employee relations, preferably within a fast-paced IT/Office environment.
• Experience handling complex employee relations issues.
• Ability to coach managers on performance and ER issues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work with virtual teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Highly organised with an ability to handle many projects at once.
• A proactive approach HR additional qualification preferred, though not essential.
• May be required to support with Payroll processes.
• Good country Employment law knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Enable and coach managers to resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary and performance management.
• Engage with HRBPs on change management projects.
• Support restructures, redundancies, redeployment.
• Support absence management cases and liaise with health professionals.
• Support the people plan and HR projects.
• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support.
• Support organizational changes with proper processes and records.
• Work with L&D to deliver training in ER topics.
• Support succession planning and talent management.
• Coach line managers on performance and ER to build capability.
• Ensure policy compliance.
• Handle admin and report timely.
• Collaborate with wider HR community to resolve employee matters.
