Fireworks is seeking a strategic and hands-on GTM Recruiting team member (Contract to hire) to own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market roles across Sales, Marketing and Partnerships. You will partner with GTM leaders to build world-class teams for the Fireworks platform and shape modern, AI-powered talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in fast-growth environments.
• Proven track record recruiting GTM roles across Sales, Marketing and Partnerships.
• Partner with founders and senior GTM leaders to shape hiring strategy.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills and high-quality execution.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle GTM recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Build talent pipelines and market maps; calibrate on candidate profiles with GTM leaders.
• Proactively source high-caliber GTM talent via direct outreach and AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate on role design, comp benchmarking, and market intelligence to inform plans.
• Champion AI-native recruiting practices and scalable, inclusive processes.
