Southland Industries is seeking an Sr. HR Business Partner to support a rapidly expanding business line. The role blends strategic partnership with hands-on implementation to scale foundational people processes and programs.

The candidate will translate business needs into talent solutions, drive organizational effectiveness, and collaborate with Talent, Total Rewards, and People Operations to enable rapid growth while maintaining high performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years progressive HR experience.
• Experience advising senior leaders and leadership teams.
• Strong expertise in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
