Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic people leader overseeing a team of HR professionals across the Americas (US, Bermuda, Canada). You will provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges while driving consistency in HR practices and partnering with Global HRBPs.

Qualifications

• Must lead and mentor a regional/local HR team.
• Partner with Global HRBPs and Segments Heads.
• Graduate degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Regarded as an expert internally and externally in HR.
• Effective leadership with global perspective, local execution, and business acumen.
• Innovative thinker with a solutions orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional HR Advisory team across the Americas (US, Bermuda, Canada).
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management and organizational challenges.
• Drive consistency in HR practices and strengthen partnerships with Global HRBPs and regional leaders.
• Lead automation and data usage initiatives within HR.
• Translate global HR strategies into effective local execution across the Americas.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to support training, policy updates and change management.
• Support staff engagement and coach leaders on people issues.
