Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal HRBP to accelerate our AWS Support People Experience evolution. You will partner with senior leaders to define and execute HR strategies that support rapid AI transformation, talent growth, and organizational effectiveness.
The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable people initiatives that improve customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR business partner or HR operations experience.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Experience leading global teams.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results.
- Experience leading design teams in problem definition, artifact rendering, cross-functional collaboration and delivery, and user validation and measurement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic consultant to leadership; translate business needs into HR plans to accelerate delivery.
- Tailor people-focused solutions using global trends to drive outcomes.
- Design and implement organizational structures aligned with strategy.
- Partner to create strategic workforce plans for AI-enabled org.
- Coach senior leaders to maximize leadership effectiveness.
- Plan succession and hiring to build diverse senior leadership.
