Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or organizatinal development and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with business partner responsibilities.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or other operational environments.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.
• Strong business acumen linking workforce decisions to outcomes.
• Experience leading organization design, workforce planning, talent management and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, consulting and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partnership with people leaders to align people strategies with priorities.
• Own organizational design, workforce planning, succession and capability-building initiatives.
