Job summary

Camping World is seeking an HR Business Partner to support field leadership by executing core HR processes and providing day-to-day HR support across multiple locations. Reporting to the HR Director, this role handles employee relations matters and ensures HR policies are applied consistently and accurately.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of HR experience in high-volume, multi-site environments, preferably in retail or distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is required.
• 4+ years of HR experience in high-volume, multi-site environments (supporting at least 500–1,000 employees).
• Experience in retail, distribution, warehouse, grocery, or similar fast-paced operations is preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations issues with documentation and risk awareness.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong business acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus; Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports leaders and employees with day-to-day HR needs, including policy interpretation, performance management, employee relations, and general HR inquiries.
• Supports employee relations team in investigations and complex employee issues, recommends actions based on investigation results.
• Maintains accurate updates in HR systems and ensures HR documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Supports new store openings, acquisitions and staffing by coordinating HR tasks and documentation.
• Conducts field visits to support HR processes and guide leaders and team members.
• Partners with HR COE to handle escalations and specialized HR processes.
• Tracks and reports basic HR metrics with field and leadership teams.
• Ensures consistent policy application and compliance with laws.
