Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support for multiple Distribution Centers. The role will operate from Lockbourne with in-person and virtual presence, driving engagement, talent management, and data-informed decision making to align with business objectives.

You will partner with General Managers, support performance reviews, coaching, and staffing initiatives, while upholding our values of Respect, Trust, Team, and Opportunity.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
• Experience in a 3PL or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership and align support with business objectives.
• Drive the annual performance management and goal alignment process with Operations.
• Lead employee relations counseling, investigations, outplacement counseling, and exit interviews.
• Partner with General Managers to drive Talent Management and leadership readiness.
• Support talent acquisition and interview for salaried staff; coach managers as needed.
