Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience including meaningful HRBP experience.
• Experience in SaaS/tech/consulting with high growth expectations.
• PE-backed company experience preferred.
• Experience using AI to enhance HR productivity.
• Experience in org design, workforce management, talent management, and performance management.
• Strong business and financial acumen; understanding of metrics.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliverables.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders across the business.
• Translate business priorities into practical people plans that support growth and organizational health.
• Translate workforce data to identify trends and advise leadership.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to drive value and employee engagement.
• Collaborate on organizational design including role clarity and spans & layers.
• Lead annual performance, compensation reviews, promotions, and talent assessments.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders with unbiased, direct feedback.
