Job summary

AlertMedia, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our People team at our Austin, TX headquarters.

You’ll partner with engineering and product leaders to translate total rewards strategy into practical structures, drive workforce planning, and deliver a world-class employee experience. You will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to execute on People initiatives, using AI tools to boost productivity while maintaining strong HR

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HRBP experience in a technology company
• Demonstrated experience directly supporting Engineering and/or Product leaders as an embedded HRBP
• Direct ownership experience with compensation and leveling frameworks
• Familiarity with international compensation complexity is a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced, rapid growth organization
• Demonstrated achievements in coaching and influencing senior leaders
• Strong judgment and confidential advisory skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop talent strategies supporting growth
• Serve as consultant to leaders and organizations on people priorities
• Collaborate on organizational design, workforce planning and development
• Own career architecture and leveling implementation with leaders
• Ensure consistent leveling, promotion criteria, and compensation messaging
• Analyze business metrics to inform improvements in retention and experience
• Leverage AI tools to improve People team processes and data insights
• Address employee relations issues with investigations and risk mitigation
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance
• Act as a trusted HR resource with discretion and confidentiality
