Mercor is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support the Delivery organization in a fast-growing AI data company. You will collaborate with Delivery leaders on talent, organization design, and performance decisions as customer accounts scale, ensuring practical HR solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Delivery leadership; advise on talent, org design, management and workforce decisions as the org scales.
• Get close to the accounts; tailor people recommendations to reflect the actual business.
• Raise the performance bar; ensure decisions are evidence-based and timely.
• Develop strong operators by identifying high-performers and creating growth opportunities.
• Strengthen managers through coaching on feedback and performance issues.
• Help retain top talent by addressing retention drivers and interventions.
• Shape the organization with role clarity, org design and talent movement.
• Staffing and workload: spot bottlenecks and address root causes with leadership.
• Handle difficult people situations with speed and good judgment.
• Run talent and performance mechanisms usable in fast-moving Delivery teams.
• See patterns early and alert leadership where intervention is needed.
• Build new mechanisms or tools when the business needs them.
