Job summary

The Connection Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for Community Justice Services across multiple statewide sites. You will partner with leaders to drive employee relations, staffing, coaching, and workforce planning in a complex service environment.

You will collaborate with the HR team to ensure policy consistency, compliance, and practical people solutions while supporting organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a related role.
• Valid Connecticut driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic and operational HR partner for assigned programs and sites.
• Provide employee relations, talent acquisition, manager coaching, and workforce planning support.
• Promote consistent application of agency policies and employment practices.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR team to address workforce needs.
