Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 2+ years of HRBP/Employee Relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and employee relations practices.
• Experience handling investigations, disciplinary actions, and sensitive employee issues.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HRBP for employee relations matters across assigned business units or regions.
• Handle and investigate employee relations cases, including attendance, misconduct, policy violations, workplace conflicts, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as internal HR policies and procedures.
• Support and conduct internal investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain and improve employee relations processes, SOPs, and documentation standards.
• Assist with policy interpretation and employee communication to ensure consistent application across teams.
• Collaborate with recruiting, operations, legal, payroll, and other cross-functional teams on employee lifecycle matters.
• Analyze employee relations trends and provide insights or recommendations to management.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and help promote a positive workplace culture.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
