Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR Business Partner to assigned leaders and employee populations.
• Lead growth, acquisitions, affiliations, de novos, and integrations.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, IT, Operations, Legal and external partners.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management and policy application.
• Manage routine and moderately complex ER matters and investigations.
• Support workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and HRIS data reviews.
• Drive HR process improvements and cross-functional projects.
