Target is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives within its Distribution and Receive Centers. You will partner with leaders to recruit, develop and engage colleagues, while ensuring effective onboarding, performance management and policy adherence.

You will collaborate across teams to optimize workforce planning, retention and employee relations, enabling the organization to meet its business goals with a strong people foundation.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in onboarding, performance management, or organizational strategy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels of the organization.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts.
• Comfort with HR concepts and basic software tools.
