Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support for 1–4 Distribution Centers in the Columbus area, with an office in Lockbourne and hybrid work options.

You will drive engagement, partner with COEs, and use people data to support timely, ethical decisions while aligning HR initiatives with business goals. The role collaborates with Operations leadership, Talent Management, and the COEs to coach leaders, manage performance, conduct investigations, and support

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Preferred).
• Experience in a 3PL or manufacturing environment and supporting field Operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR principles; HR certification a plus (SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Strong coaching, communication, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership and align support with business objectives.
• Drive engagement initiatives within Distribution Centers; counsel engagement committees.
• Lead performance management and goal alignment processes; partner on ratings and data.
• Conduct employee relations counseling, investigations, and exit interviews.
• Support Talent Management programs and leadership readiness assessments.
• Assist talent acquisition for salaried staff; provide coaching as needed.
• Act as liaison among Talent Management, Project Management, and Operations for staffing.
• Identify process improvements with OpEx, Quality, Safety, CI teams.
• Lead PRD meetings and onboarding initiatives; promote SCOPE values.
