Columbia Sportswear Company is hiring an HR Service Center Coordinator to provide frontline HR support for employees and managers in a hybrid role based at our Portland-area headquarters. You’ll handle routine inquiries, navigate self-service tools, and partner with HR teams to ensure consistent processes.

You will learn HR processes, contribute to service improvements, and help maintain knowledge resources while supporting onboarding and team collaborations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely, accurate HR support.
• Assist with routine HR administrative tasks and navigate self-service tools for employees.
• Support HR resources knowledge base and SOPs to improve self-service outcomes.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 Specialists or COEs as needed.
• Help maintain accurate HR processes and partner with HR teams on process improvements.
• Contribute to trend reporting and timely issue resolution with HR peers.
• Assist with onboarding and training support for new hires.
