Job summary

Circana is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions in the United States. This strategic role partners with senior leaders across Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Strategy to shape talent strategy and organizational design.

You will influence workforce planning, leadership development, and employee relations, while partnering with the People Generalist HRBP team to drive global execution of the People Strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with senior leaders.
• Experience as HR Business Partner supporting corporate functions (Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR, Strategy).
• Strong executive presence and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Proven ability to influence, navigate organizational complexity, and drive outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; budgeting/finance exposure.
