Job summary

Circana is seeking a Vice President, Global Benefits to lead the global benefits strategy and governance. The role centers on centralizing benefits delivery, building enterprise-wide capabilities, and driving compliant, cost-effective programs across countries.

Leading a growing team, you will partner with Total Rewards, HR, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to design, implement, and optimize benefits using AI-driven automation while aligning with Circana’s talent strategy and HR Mission.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive benefits experience with design, governance, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading global benefits strategy and administration across multiple regions.
• Fluency in applying AI/automation to optimize operations in a benefits function.

Responsibilities

• Global Benefits Strategy Partnership: shape and execute global strategy handling health, retirement, wellbeing, and voluntary benefits.
• Transformation & M&A Integration: harmonize plan design and manage due diligence in integrations.
• Governance & Centralization: establish standards, transition plans, and centralized administration.
• Vendor, Broker & Financial Management: negotiate renewals, manage budgets and vendors globally.
• Compliance & Regulatory Governance: ensure ERISA/ACA compliance and regulatory readiness across countries.
