Circana is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR and Strategy to shape workforce strategy and leadership capability. This role is strategic, not a day-to-day HR execution role, requiring influence without authority.

You will lead talent planning, organizational design, and change initiatives, leveraging data to inform decisions and ensure people priorities align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong employee relations expertise, including advising on complex and sensitive matters involving senior leaders and executives.
• Experience supporting corporate functions such as Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR, Strategy, or similar organizations.
• Strong executive presence and the judgment to handle highly confidential matters with discretion.
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders, navigate organizational complexity, and build trusted relationships that influence business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior and executive leaders across Corporate Functions, shaping talent strategy, succession planning, workforce planning, talent mobility, leveling, and compensation strategy.
• Partner with business and HR leadership on initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention, and performance across Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR and Strategy populations.
• Build talent pipelines and succession plans proactively, ensuring Corporate Functions is organized around where the business is headed.
• Leverage people data and analytics to influence leadership decisions, drive accountability, and build forward-looking action plans that improve engagement and organizational health.
• Promote leadership effectiveness through thoughtful coaching and enablement of senior leaders as they build and grow their own teams.
