Job summary

Cadence Design Systems, Inc. seeks an HR leader to influence strategy, shape organization design, and drive global talent initiatives. You will partner with executives to address workforce needs, develop leadership, and guide HR processes across the business group.

You will translate workforce insights into scalable actions, lead reorganizations and integrations, and collaborate with regional HR teams to deliver consistent solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant, progressive HR experience, with strategic partnership experience
• BA or BS degree; an advanced degree preferred
• Strong organizational design, workforce planning, talent and succession, and change leadership
• Experience using workforce data to drive transformational change
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive leader and leadership team on business strategy, organization effectiveness, and culture
• Anticipate structural and capability needs and counsel on design, succession, retention, and leadership transitions
• Lead global talent and HR processes for the business group, including reviews, succession, performance, and compensation
• Use insights to identify risks and opportunities and translate into scalable actions
• Lead people strategy for reorganizations, integrations, and acquisitions
• Coordinate regional HR teams and Centers of Excellence for consistent global solutions
• Coach and develop one direct report, setting clear priorities
• Partner with regional HR Business Partners to support global initiatives
• Facilitate team meetings and leadership offsites as needed
