Job summary

Circana is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions in the United States, with a focus on shaping workforce strategy and leadership capability. You will partner with senior leaders across Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Strategy to align people priorities with business objectives.

This role is strategic, not a day-to-day HR execution position, requiring influence without authority, data-informed decision-making, and complex employee relations oversight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience including HRBP support for senior leaders and executives.
• Strong employee relations expertise, advising on complex and sensitive matters.
• Experience supporting corporate functions such as Legal, Finance, Marketing, HR, Strategy.
• Understanding of corporate operations and dynamics of supporting functional teams.
• Strong executive presence and discretion in handling confidential matters.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with workforce budgeting and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior and executive leaders across Corporate Functions.
• Partner with HR leadership on talent strategy, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Drive organizational design and change management to support business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and finance partners on budgeting and workforce impact.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations matters and risk management.
• Influence leadership decisions using data and analytics to improve engagement and organization health.
